I have seen a lot of KB vs TL opinions

Might as well throw my opinion in. While neither started off great they both played ok in a very vanilla game plan. I am a bit more forgiving of a bit of shakiness in a true freshman than a returning starter at home, but ok. Still, Kelly throws a very slow ball with a very long motion, and frankly #5 and #10 both made great plays to bail him out on throws. Still, today was sloppy on a lot of levels, line blocking was average at best, and those slow developing run plays were not great, but it was a win getting real game time plays under their belt and I will take it. Next week I hope to see a much different story as I believe coaches have a lot of video to use for teaching moments.

What a load of crap. KN make a great throw but it was because of someone else. The kid can’t win on Tnet. TL looks the part

Maybe I missed it, where was their a great Kelly pass in the game? If you mean the play that DK had a rocket up his butt to catch a way too high ball, we differ on QB performance. Hey, I REALLY hoped he had improved, as him as a better passer makes a very dangerous offense, but dont really see it.

TL puts the ball inthe numbers, receivers can actually do something with it for yards after catch. That’s the difference. With KB ball they are reaching up or down to their knees to catch.

The one thing I know is the offense has got to get A LOT better to beat Bama this year. In my opinion, you have got to pick a QB and go with them primarily. I don’t like a 2 QB system.
