Dabo: The ROY bus is out of the shed and back on the road
Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney made light of the media’s fascination with Alabama last season by saying the Tigers were on the ROY bus – or Rest of Y’all bus. Even though Clemson is 5-0 and started the season ranked number one, Alabama has overtaken Clemson for the top spot and Swinney is once again delighting in driving the ROY bus. Full Story » |

on defense: Hit, wrap, hold on help is on the way. on offense: run those "big" defensive linemen for Florida St. sideline to sideline.

The great thing is that other schools' fans and "experts" don't understand Clemson. They said our biggest problem is that we couldn't play the ole "underdog", "us against the world" card any-longer and that would hurt us (and it might have). Yet, one average result, and they give it right back to us. TY. We don't blow out people because: 1. We want to play as many players as possible for experience/depth, knowing it's a marathon not a sprint (15 games per season) and good overall morale. 2. We might never have a Heisman winner because our players are unselfish and are more interested in winning as a team, than winning as individuals. 3. Recent history shows that we are a team that "builds" and ramps up towards the playoffs, and we PEAK during them. One last thing...of all the top teams (OU, OSU, Bama, Georgia, LSU, Clemson), which one has a known/winning QB as their backup in case the sh*t hits the fan?
