hair away from having a disastrous play, that did not happen, BUT THAT THEN TURNED INTO A DISASTROUS PLAY FOR THE OPPOSING TEAM....
I mean, many times we came an eyelash away from a sack, an INT, and before you can say DADGUM!!!...you are saying ,"Ohhhh Cr@p!!!!!!!!".....
Never seen a game like that in my life...

of games but you would think with all those tipped balls and risky throws, there would have been more INTs or at least the tipped balls would be incomplete but they all seemed to fall right within the grasp of the A&M receiver. One play in partricular where Monds rolled out to his left because Simmons was hot on his trail and he throws the ball across his body late and across the middle of the field while going down from Simmon's tackle! All those are not what's taught but he competed the pass for a TD! And that's just one unbelievable play from him on Sat night. He had quite a few more! Just glad to get the W!

In most instances DBs have to be near the receiver to get an interception! A&Ma's No 13 made a couple of great highpoint receptions against coverage but other times Mond did a Doug Flutie and ran til he found someone not covered.

Mond played a great game, but our DBs had a lot of extra pressure because holding negated our pass rush.

getting a sack and (2) tipped passes for TD's. I won't mention the ref's reluctance (inability) to throw the flag for holding.

crazy how much they held and tackled our guys and not getting called. Really helps the offense when you refuse to call holding penalties.
