Confidence building among the SCar fans

I'm reading some prediction threads on their boards, and I'm noticing a definite uptick in optimism since the end of the season. Of course, they have their fair share of 7-5 predictions, but the majority seem to think 10-2 or 11-1 is the more likely scenario. Apparently everyone on their schedule is going to be worse next year because they have to replace some starters (usually with veterans), but they are going to be much better because they are going to replace their current starters who sucked last year with game-changing freshman and a QB who has yet to see the field in college ball. Of course, their incoming freshman QB may come in in the fall and steal the job (he threw 2 touchdowns and 5 interceptions in high school last year).
Be interesting to see how it plays out.

Yeah, a lot of toss ups on their schedule (UCF, UNC, Mizzu), but I see at least 5 losses in there before our game.

Frankly, if FLorida hadnt of choked, the coots wouldnt even have made a bowl. They will be LUCKY to win 5 games this year.

Well, I give them that cause they should have beaten Tennessee. I turned that game off early.

that $CU absolutely DOES NOT finish the regular season with a record of 10 - 2 or better.
They'll struggle to even duplicate last years 6 - 6 regular season record.

I hope for their sake that this new DC has powers like Benny Hinn, because they're gonna need a miracle worker to fix that defense. Especially considering their talent just seemed too small or slow to be competitive. Not sure how you fix that in one offseason.

It's been 4 months since we beat them and over a month since their pathetic signing day. They'll play each other for the next several months and pat themselves on the back. Then they will play UNCheat and reality will start to set back in.
