It used to be that sports for the most part was a safe haven to escape from all the crap out there. A place to get away from worrying about paying bills, educating kids, and all the mundane things that make up every day life. To get away from politics all together for the most part. The left in
America had decided we must kotow to their left wing agenda and alas the upper echelons of higher ed, the NCAA the NFL the NBA and all the other alphabet soup just cant leave well enough alone. They have the power for now. Perhaps in a universe far away we will see the return of common sense.
