2019 Season Tickets not showing in IPTAY Account

Anyone else not seeing their tickets in their order history? My 2018 is there and I paid for 2019 a long time ago but they're not in the Order History.

I can confirm...I see 2018 only as well. I have noticed this in years past. Give it a couple of weeks and the current year will appear.

The complete 2019 IPTAY pledge is not due until 1 June

So I called IPTAY yesterday and they said the order would show up until late May or first part of June. They confirmed my order over the phone. Made me feel better. But you should be good according to IPTAY and the ticket office.

I had this issue. Call the IPTAY office and they will fix it. The issue sounded like to me that they had a data mitigation and some account information didn't connect properly. It was fixed in under 5 minutes.
