I had arthroscopic knee surgery yesterday

at San Jose, CA VA Med. Center. Im walking around and feel 50 percent looser today. Had torn meniscus and 4mm of bone on bone shaved with synthetic cartilage put in. Thank you Marine Corps Infantry and DI tours, LOL. Modern med is unreal. Its no surprise that so many athletes come back so soon from scope procedures....its crazy how far we have come with this stuff.

I've been through the procedure many yrs. ago. Follow Doctors and PTS explicitly and prepare to work hard and accept pain.
You will be better than than before the injury.
