For all of those ranting and raving about Clowney's comments

We all just need to sit back and realize a few things.
1. Jadeveon Clowney's words show how ignorant he really is.
2. Jadeveon Clowney's words are a reflection of his upbringing, where he comes from and of those who raised him.
3. Jadeveon Clowney is an exceptional athlete, which is clearly a miracle because if he weren't, he'd have a hard time getting hired by any of the Major Fast Food Chains.
4. Jadeveon Clowney will never have the same amount of class or earn the respect of his peers like Marcus Lattimore and C.J. Spiller have.
And last but not least....
Neither of the following would surprise me:
- Jadeveon Clowney is the #1 Pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.
- Jadeveon Clowney is sentenced to 10 years for Armed Robbery after sticking up a Nursing Home on Bingo Night.

Wow! What a great, concise, accurate breakdown, and they are my thoughts, almost exactly. There are some on here who just cannot get past not beating the coots in a few years, but I've seen the cycle run both ways (mainly in our favor, and in our favor by a long shot). Boyd will go down as one of the greatest QB's in Clemson history. He will set many records that will stand for a long time, IMO. Kudos to you on your post.

It pisses me off that he said it, but if the shoe was on the other foot we would love it. We have to get it done on the field and we can say what we want.

I fully expect TB to have a fearless steely gaze on JC THIS year.
I mean he almost challenged Boyd's manhood.

I don't like what he said, but then I don't know the (very big) kid, either. I see no reason to bring his upbringing or parents into this, because I don't know how he was reared. Other than those stupid bush-league QB comments, he sounded pretty charming and likable. The armed robbery thing is a little harsh, don't you think? Lest we forget, Tajh pranced around on the sideline doing the Heisman pose for the fans and tv cameras in that game also. That, too, was bush-league to me, but I try not to measure a man by some infrequent indiscretions.
