Only reason I asked is that Ticketmaster already has them on sale for $39. Another question, how long does it take to get a mobile QR (E Ticket) upon purchase? Does it depend on the event, seller stock or venue? Thanks

Like rhtiger said, I think it's a new garage.

I've parked at Mint Street garage and a few other locations around the area. Never a problem getting out, but getting into the garages due to how they shut down streets can be a bit frustrating trying to navigate around the events.
