Ford wasn't appreciated enough when he was at Clemson.

It was the Spiller show and Ford took a back seat a lot of times.

But, one thing I noticed, when CJ was breaking off a big play, there was only one player who could keep up with him and it was Jacoby Ford, usually outrunning CJ to make the block on the last defender.

Jacoby is SOLID. It's about time he got the glory.

Plus 10 if I could. Jacoby is one of my all-time favorite

Tigers. He was no glory hound. Just went out there and did the job......very, very well.

If Spiller had not been around. Jacoby would have gotten way more touches. He would have been a star. He wasn't that highly recruited either if I remember correctly.

Yea he was...I believe it came down to us and the real USC

not positive on that but I do know for sure USC left coast and alot of the other big schools offered.

I don't remember all the details, but he was recruited out

of prep school.

His brother, I think, played for FSU. He was hailed as the fastest player Fork Union Prep had ever seen. He was recruited for his speed, but there was doubt about him as an actual WR/football player. He needed some work in that area, in other words.

BUT, he proved himself to be a phenominal WR. I am so proud he was a Clemson Tiger.
