Seven years without results and an embarrassing end to the season. He would then find an up and coming Clemson grad to run the program. Any suggestions?

Dabo seems to take care of his "buddies".

Ie..his brother, Don Munson...

He might be pretty lenient with BB if they are "tight".

He fired his best friend. His best friend was the husband of his wife's best friend. Dabo's loyalty is to the program, and he has not held back from making staff changes when he saw the need. Seems like he's done a pretty good job of it, IMO, and we have the hardware to prove it. You might want to rethink your post.

Billy Napier, who was our OC for a season. Husbands and wives best friends, yada, yada, but Dabo pulled the plug on him when it was obvious Napier wasn't "the man" (how you think that went over with the wives?). Alabama hired Napier as an assistant, and now he probably is ready to be a real coordinator. I will blame some of Dabo's early hires on the fact that Bowden had just received a nice contract extension from Terry Don Phillips, and we had no buy-out money to properly re-staff. As soon as Dabo saw the issues, he made the changes. Same with Kevin Steele. Make no mistake, Dabo fixes mistakes, and that is the huge difference between him and TB.
