I have no idea if there are more black people that visit Stone Mountain. In my personal experience, I've always seen more white people.

This is all making sense now. Tear everything down since they don't know what it is!
Go one day and check it out. You won't see more blacks paying for all the different attractions you have to pay for, but many of them have memberships just to use the "free" parts of the park, trails, lakes, etc. Since the population of Stone Mountain, GA is 74% black!
