As much as I respect Dabo's sportsmanship. I do not like the fact that his sportsmanship could cost our boys a chance at the National Title. I am all for sportsman like conduct and winning and losing with class, but at what cost? Our players and coaches have poured too much effort to let such a shallow thing as respect for an opponent to keep us out of the main event. Pasadena should be our number 1 goal. And we have a legitimate chance at making it there. We must be ranked number 1 or 2 for the remainder or majority of the season. When Alabama plays a team like Furman then they break the score board. I'm just saying.

Are you kidding me? Who writes something like that?
Give me a break. We are possibly playing three top 10 teams this year (and who knows what we would face in an ACCCG). We are ALREADY sitting in the top 5! If we are good enough and fortunate enough to get through this season unscathed, we'll be fine. And if we're not, it won't be because Dabo chose to let backups getting some playing time against SC State rather than hanging 100 on them.

in any way... Whether we beat them 38-17 or 70-0, we just have to win. And when we beat Florida State and South Carolina later this season, do you think people will be saying "Ah, but Clemson didn't beat SC State by enough... they aren't a true title contender!"
In 2011, when we were 8-0 and ranked in the top 5, not a single person on ESPN was bringing up that we only beat Wofford that season by a touchdown.
