has always been one of my favorites. But...
I don't think Up on the Roof, I Love Beach Music, or really any country song is going to get a stadium pumped up before a 3rd down.
Now, put on some James Brown, and you might be on to something. Live full horn section funk band for time outs.. yeh, that'd work.

I could live with that ! The music we play now ( and at other colleges as well ) is contributing to the DUMBING DOWN of America. No wonder today's young people think socialism is a viable option !

crooners scoffed at the "noise" The Who made. There is lots of great music out there, you just rarely find it on pop radio. Going to see Nathaniel Rateliff and the Nightsweats on Sunday night. Give them a listen if you haven't before.

... based on the music choices you listed. I'm not far behind you in age, so I get it.. but...
.. the average person in the stands is 48 years old. The music is not only for them, but for the players, who are between 18 and 24. All of that to say... "IF IT'S TOO LOUD, WE'RE TOO OLD!"
