I may have set a new world record for going to bed early. After two weeks of 4/5 hrs at a time I cooked supper then ate two pieces of whole grain toast and a glass of skim milk. Then I went to bed and left supper on the stove.

It was ~6P and I slept to about 3:30A this morning. Maybe it's just a new record for me. Anyway, I promise to not be a grumpy old man, maybe I'll just hide it a little better now.

I can do 4 hrs but no more than three days then I'm sick. I did it two weeks exactly from when I got the stint. I feel like I could work 10 hrs and pizs over a 12' pole after last night. Well, at least I feel human again.
