I'd like to have one just to move dirt around in the yard, quite frankly. As much as I enjoy my mowing time, I know I'd love some tractor time.

would be able to get it back out though. There's a house over where I put in for sale, it's not very nice, but it's the same amount of property and is only $90k. I already have white trash neighbors that chain dogs to trees, how worse could the neighbors get?
