this year. Got interviews with everybody and hasn’t been hired as a head coach yet.

I actually like it. Nothing is handed to anyone, just helps get some names out there even if they aren’t seriously considered at the time for that job, may help down the road. I think black head coaches are going through today what black QBs were going through 15 or 20 years ago - not overtly biased against them, just sort of a subconscious association that they aren’t “heady” enough for those roles

Jobs should rewarded on experience and job intellect. Race should never enter into the job interviews unless you are one of the politically correct idiots. The race of the individual answers no questions . All races will be rewarded by how hard a certain individual works to achieve his ultimate goal.

Is the candidate they think is best for the job. Interviewing 5 candidates instead of 4 hurts no one, and potentially helps spread familiarity with lesser known candidates. Glad you think I’m an idiot though. Try to look at things with a positive outlook bud
