For the most part

Feb 18, 2018, 5:07 PM

People seem to appreciate the effort today by our Tiger.
But for those Coach bashers I want to give you this, Recruiting gets better with better facilities and basketball just upgraded. And our talent got better in the last two classes.
For those who want to replace Coach Brownell, Clemson is not a basketball destination, it never has been. We are fortunate to have a coach who is not looking to jump ship with a little success.(OP)
Glad to have a coach who has 20 wins this season and has recruiting going in the right direction.
Oh yeah AND graduating playes with no major upcoming scandals. (Roy Williams and Coach K)

GREAT POST ! We have too many on this board that would love to have a Rick Pitino ETC. as long as we win. Truth be told these were the same folks that wanted to fire Dabo when we went 6-7. They would have gladly taken a Bobby Petrino. If you want to win at any cost then pick another team.

trouble, but the lame excuses for weak recruiting are just sorry. We've had many coaches who recruited much better and had better NCAA success than CBB. Foster, Ellis, Barnes and Purnell all recruited circles around CBB. Lately, with transfers, Brad is picking it up - I hope that trend continues.

If the model of a coach who lacks integrity and a win at all costs mentality works for the football team, why can’t it work for basketball?
