I know we can't trade 3's for 2's and get fouled and miss FT's. I don't there is an answer for this team or coach? Suggestions?

Stop the double dribbles, the offensive fouls, learn how throw the ball in with out it getting intercepted, learn how to rebound by blocking out, quit throwing across the court and quit taking those (that you mentioned) off-balanced threes.

I think those are a good start. I think we all know where those fundamentals shall come from.
