gained nearly 4400 yards this season with 41 touchdowns (and also came out of many games early) on the only undefeated team in college football and he isn't the favorite over Henry? Whaaaaaaaat?

put a stop to it. Of those three finalists, Watson is the most indispensable to his team. Without him, Clemson isn't undefeated this year. The other teams can't claim that. I think that gives him the edge he needs to walk away with the prize Saturday.

It's pronounced "L Heff A" and it means "The Boss".


I also like how they failed to acknowledge any of his stats

for the year. They mention Derek Henry's single season rushing yards (most in SEC), Baker Mayfield td-int ratio, McCaffery' all-purpose yards breaking Barry Sanders' record, and then 0 losses for Clemson.

They show a graphic with rushing yards for Henry and McCaffery and QBR for Watson as he "rounds out the three finalists"

Deal with the facts. DW really only played 100% healthy for maybe half the year- if he is even 100% recovered even now. He played behind a brand new offensive line and lost his best starting receiver 5 minutes into the season. Who else had to deal with these issues.
