the part about disclosed or non-disclosed information is worth looking into further. If the DOJ went to FISA judge with incomplete facts or half truths to obtain surveillance on political campaign in the middle of a presidential election, then that is exactly why many argued against the FISA court and proves the dangers it presents.

Did they forget to tell the judge that the dossier was, at least in part, funded by the dnc and Hilary's camp? Of course they didn't. They knew they wouldn't get the go ahead. The FISA court was created to fight terrorism and threats inside our borders. And here it is being manipulated in our political theatre.

If anything, we all win on this. This brings the dangers of abuses of power within our federal government to the forefront. Perhaps congress will stop fighting amongst themselves and do something about it.

According to reports part of the Democrats memo is that the FBI did tell the judge about the dossiers political connections....but the Republicans won't let them release it.

Wonder why?
