We need a good basketball coach!!
Our teams always seem unprepared, undisciplined and overwhelmed on the court.
Send Brownell packing!!

say. I will always hope they win, but they are as bad as I can ever remember them being. As for Brownell getting dumped, he got a contact extension last year. Agree with you though, he is not the answer.

it seems like we start off slow every year with a couple of bad losses early to weak teams that really come back to hurt us for the tourney ...we arent going to go this year, once again ...

style, slow and grinding, that keeps, what should be, weaker teams in the game. We have no offensive capability to put anyone away so everyone is always "in the game" against us. Down the stretch, if they hit a few shots and we miss a couple it is over. The slow grinding game gives us a chance against better teams if we execute well, hence we steal a few in league play, but the style kills us early in the season.

He isnt worse than Shyatt but lets be real about the status of our Basketball program....
Regardless of who we bring in there has to be a show of support from the Clemson administration and fans.
If that is not there then the new coach will face the same up hill battle.
What is he supposed to recruit with?
Great fan support? Great facilities? Great tradition?

Ellis, Barnes, Purnell - at least during their good years. CBB hasn't created that type of excitement, because he hasn't had a big winning year yet.

showed up and gave Little john a pulse maybe the team would respond
with a little bit of life. You guys sit here criticize the baseball team
the basketball team and as of a few weeks ago the football program get out
and support them and if they do not improve then you can whine like
dirtpeckers all you want, until then shut up!!! We are starting a true freshman
and the last time I checked we did not have McDonald's All Americans
lined up begging to come here. Duke and UNC do and Butler beat UNC and I am sure
someone like Mercer will beat Duke in the first round of the tourney again this year.
