Jump scare - Hill House

Wife of and I were watching episode 8 of The Haunting of Hill House. It's the scene where the 2 sisters are driving towards the house and arguing. They are getting louder and louder, then the thing happens. Not only did my wife and I both jump, but the dog jumped up off the couch and ran down the hall - which happened so fast, it added to our jump.

Good times.

This is one show that is well worth watching a second time. After you know the ending and everything is tied together, you will notice TONS of stuff in the earlier episodes in the background, etc.

it made little to no sense other than to break the tension of the fight, but then I thought it was actually meant to be a joke. Two sisters fighting and the younger sister gets annoyed and gets in the middle and just screams to shut them up? Only, the younger sister is dead.
