It's painful but China will become the premier world power if someone doesn't stop them. The US is standing in the gap and rightly so.

This is the equivalent of the two biggest rednecks having a fight at the county fair. Then they decide that fisticuffs ain't quite enough so they agree to shoot each other in the arm and see who bleeds out first while they keep whuppin' on one another. The result is that both will come out weaker after the fight and have nothing to show for it but a bunch of scars.

These tariffs are nothing but a tax on the people.

That’s the issue. BMW & Volvo want to export cars to China from South Carolina. They can’t compete because Xi retaliated with a 40 percent tariff on US m-made cars.
