I really don't see anyone out there filling the roles they played dependability and leadership wise.

This fighting is proof that we don't have the on-the-field leadership that we had with Wilkins. I've been noticing more mouthing and now this.

We are honestly having an “off” season without Renfrow/Wilkins to keep them in line. After they leave the NFL, give them jobs so that they can help lead future players.
