Howard's Rock Investigation

No new news to report, officially. But we have to assume that more developments will be forthcoming shortly. Micah Rogers - apparently a Clemson fan from a Clemson-fan Family - was arrested after seeking legal representation and, in effect, turning himself in. The Clemson University Police Department, working in coordination with SLED, has identified two other suspects.

There are bound to be some questions of 'who did what?' that need to be answered before the case is closed, from an enforcement standpoint, and brought to trial.

Thanks, Woburn. I thought my initial ire about the damage done to "the rock" would pass relatively quickly. It hasn't..... Without launching into some "Tiger-centric" diatribe about our history and traditions, it remains a fact that these louts perpetrated an assault on our university (incidentally, Mr. Rogers and his accomplices CANNOT be Clemson fans )--the same as if they'd set fire to Tillman or damaged the sentry-like statue of Thomas G. that stands guard over the main entrance to campus.

These clowns need to have the proverbial book thrown at them and this old fart gives not a tinker's dammn how young they are nor how much they had to drink that fateful evening. Its ridiculous Clemson has to take extra security measures to guard against this type of nefarious stupidity.

Punish them to the fullest extent the law allows--and hopefully some REAL Clemson fans will also take all three to task in a more traditional pay-back. They deserve every bruise and kick in the gonads they receive.

a Pickens City Cop didn't bust'em.......no mercy or consideration there!

Wonder whatever happened to the guy who ticketed Coach Swinney?? Is his case vs the "city" of Pickens, Clemson, and anyone else he could think of to sue still pending litigation???
