to me, that w/ all the talent in the world, it is no good if you are dinged up every 35 touches. This is a 2nd coaching staff taking a similar approach as the last staff. So it appears to me, if you keep getting dinged up at the slightest contact and your team learns to play on w/ out you, then no ones in a big hurry to bring you back quickly. I could be wrong, but it happens everyday in the business world as well. Assets to the team/ business don't remain on the sideline.

Spiller was their offense for the entire year. Your comment sounds like what happened to Fred Jackson. This year with
Spiller not healthy the team has had a major dropoff in offensive production.
