How is the college admission scam any different than UNC

other than money directly changing hands? At UNC there was fraud keeping kids in a school or making it easier to stay in a school they otherwise couldn't handle and the end result was coaches making more money, and other deserving kids don't get their chance to play football. Why isn't the FBI interested in what went on there? The NCAA got scared when UNC lawyer-ed up. I bet the FBI would have been able to find a direct link between the coaches and the fraudulent classes.
