No I don't really buy into the fact it helps with the 300. It helps with anyone outside. On rivals Clemson has enough pull that if a kid commits rivals trust he is good and bumps him to 3 star. Lots of other school have this effect two, almost all the SEC schools do.

That being g said Wilkins is as good as any DTO in the nation and could end up a 5Start or just on the outside looking in.
