who literally in the space of this morning has transitioned from making fun of Catahoula for being so stupid as to think Trump could change the constitution by EO to actually reading Rep. Steve King's website tripe on "subject to the jurisdiction thereof," and trying to make an argument that Trump can, in fact, change the constitution with an EO.

find exactly what way he can enforce existing immigration laws to the detriment of an anchor baby. Then that makes the anchor baby bring forth a case to the court in which the issue can be addressed reactively, because it will never be addressed proactively in the SCOTUS because from an EO. Would be a challenge given the laws, but then again I'm sure there is a way.
