Just use a bunch of BS corporate buzzwords to confuse them so much they are scared to ask the obvious questions.
I see that literally every day--by my management. I mean everybody knows they are idiots who don't have the answer...but act "as if" you do.

a bunch of acronyms and buzzwords is the key to making everyone think you know WAY more than you do. I engaged in long conversations about numerous products that I have no idea how they work and what they do and reps still sought me about to discuss implementing them into our stack. I'm not convinced THEY know how these tools work or what they do.
