Clemson all time recruits

I found this lista while back before the current class was added. Now, it shows 4 of the top 6 are on campus now. And, is very recent player heavy. It is quite amazing the level of recruit we can pull into Clemson now.

I think Spiller likely effected the surge of getting more than the 1 every 2 years. Now we're getting 2/year at least! Most importantly, though, has to be Dabo being around so long and just being Dabo. When you can get a guy like that. Then keep him. You can help but trend upward.

As I recall, Tahj was a Tennessee commit but reopened his recruitment kind of at the last minute when they fired Fulmer. I believe he quickly narrowed his choices to Ohio St and Oregon, then Dabo called and asked if he could come meet him. He agreed to the visit and he liked Dabo's vision, so he and his family made a campus visit and they packed up and moved to Seneca the next week for Tahj to finish high school and be close enough to observe spring practices. Something like that, right?

Back then there was a label called "Blue Chip" and I have no idea who decided who was blue chip and who wasn't.
