Hood any rumblings on who else may move on?

Jan 29, 2020, 9:45 AM

I see is at 88 ships so will need 3 more to move on. If nobody moves on how is this handled? Do they pull from the walkons sitting on ships to get the number down?

Cornell Powell and Logan Rudolph are the only 2 I think that will transfer. Maybe after spring practice someone doesn’t like where they’re at on the depth chart and also moves on.

Let me clear up Rudolph. Won’t transfer but will be giving up football is the rumor I’ve heard.

Actually let me clear it up since I talked to him last night. He is likely to move on. I saw him at Gold's Gym in Clemson last night and asked him why he would work out there when he has a world class facility at his disposal. He said sometimes you just need a change of scenery and pace. He told me since he graduates in May he is trying to decide whether to stay with the team, transfer somewhere else or maybe just start working and making money. I told him my advice was to use his football skills here or somewhere else and get his masters for free. No brainer. But in talking to him I could tell that he is very intelligent and well spoken so I'm fairly certain he'll be fine in whatever path he chooses to take.

IMO he's not the one that should. He's a baller!

Yes, we lose nothing when Rudolph is on the field, he can play. I could see him transferring out to get more PT but to give up football altogether, that is a stretch. I do believe at some point we see some of the older DB's that don't make the 2-deep start to move on.
