I learned on t-net that if a cop is any good they can just shoot people in the kneecap and that they only shoot people near their critical organs because they’re on power trips.

people who have never had a pistol pointed at their heads think they know what their reaction would be if someone pointed a pistol at their head. I'd like to give all you good folks a clue.
