changing names on buildings or honor colleges. Ignorance permeates these times. Strong emotions and violence will not improve our country or our proud university.

Don't name anything after someone. Use neutral names like Ag Building, Main Building, Biological Building, etc.

that slaves were used to support agriculture in South Carolina. Thomas Greene Clemson and John Calhoun's agriculture fortunes were built on slave labor. How disgusting to name a building Ag. Shame on you!
