how far back will that set the sec lovefest ? i mean, come'on, a middle of the pack, big12 team (over 1/2 their team signed with a b12 team), winning the sec just wouldn't seem as daunting a task as usuc fans would have you believe.

1. They're no longer a middle of the pack Big 12 team
2. "not as daunting a task as UCS fans would have us believe"??? Really? They have handed to us 5 in a row, without winning the SEC. I don't think we're in a position to say what "should" win the SEC.

look, they have had our number, i can admit that. what i can't say is that they are the better team. it's not coaching, that's not what caused the 6 t.o.'s, it's not talent we were every bit as good, if not more talented than them. but for some reason they are giving us fits. i KNOW you have seen teams struggle, in ALL sports, against certain teams that the losing team is clearly the better team (braves vs. marlins is a glaring example), and still lose in a consistent manner.

right here. what is it, usuc has won 3 of 4, right , with this year swinging back to ugay. but come on, history means something, and ugay owns'em in that regard . you know that. how about all the other examples. can't cherry pick everything.

They r in our heads. I'm not making excuses...a win is a win (or loss is a loss) but it's not fair to think that the Clemson program is beneath the chickens program. You wonder next year, do we spend all week practicing to hold on the ball, or avoid the topic like the plague?

Ask a Georgia fan that, your games with Georgia lsu and auburn are like apples to oranges. Our games with them mean something. Division titles are on the line and such. Historically uga owns Clemson but you won't hear y'all saying that. You only point you that y'all beat them recently. My point is who gives a crap about history. It means nothing.
