7.... and I fully expect the cameras to confuse him and Mike Williams all season long. Two tall, lanky guys with dreads... Camera guys used to confuse 6'1" 190 lb DeAndre Hopkins and 6'4" 280 lb Tavaris Barnes on the sidelines when they both had the long dreads and wore #6 and they looked nothing alike. One of the problems with double numbers on college teams.

Lawl Too True, I can already hear the announcers now. Mike Williams with the sixty yard TD catch and then the next series Mike Williams for the sack. Man this kid sure came back from injury to reign havoc.

His number won't matter

if he doesn't put on 30-40 pounds he'll never be able to confuse anyone standing on the sideline.

Hate to be rude but he's a boy amunst men right now. Dabo is committed to him so it's up to Davis to get on the field. Really thought he would gain since me muscle with the holdover but didn't generate.

I used to say the same thing about Vic Beasly. He was an undersized-small tightend (athlete) coming out high school. He bounced around from offense to defense. He couldn't make it as a linebacker if I remember right. Then he got with the program and Joey Batson (who at the time many fans was wanting him gone) and packed on some muscle. Vic's r dshirt jumior year was showing the fruits of his labor. He was a fast and scrappy DE. What he lacked in size he made up for in speed. So maybe Davis can prove me wrong as well.

Good luck LeSam! Many players and fans would love to be in your spot. Make the most of it!

Re: He's probably a RS this year but he has a chance to be

very, very good if he can put on some good weight this summer.

I've seen him play; he's deceptively quick and has a huge wingspan. I think he's a guy who really becomes a factor....don't underestimate how good he is.

And yeah, the Bamberg pipeline is alive and well.
