Better downfield passing accuracy?

Yes. In a heartbeat. I would always rather have a more accurate passer than great runner in our system. You need to be able to move but getting the ball to our playmakers at receiver is paramount to having a great offense.

That being said KBs skill set gives us the best chance to win this year.

Do you not realize that most passing yd results are from short/medium throws where receivers get yds after catche?
I’ll take Kelly’s running ability any day...

I am talking about overall accuracy. And no he is not that accurate.

If you have a QB that can throw the ball downfield with accuracy generally speaking they can throw the intermediate routes as well. Let the RBs run the ball and sprinkle in the QB to keep the D honest.

Like I said, I still feel this year KB gives us the best chance to win.

Most people can't throw it through a hula hoop standing 5 feet away yet think they have the understanding to break Kelly Bryant's QB play down. We'll be 10-1 going to Columbia with the chance to prove to the Gamecock's that their little 8 win season is a mirage. I say instead of bashing our players let's get some serious Gamecock bashing going on with 2 weeks away from going to the bucket to play the chickens.

I prefer a mobile QB, but not one can't throw the ball well. Right now I would take a Charlie Whitehurst and our RB's coupled with utilizing our WR's. That said, Bryant is our QB this season and he has done solid job overall. We wouldn't be where we are without him. He is one tough dude.
