Nice excuses sorry for providing you with facts.
So your two "hire xxxx" have combined for 2 NCAA T appearances in 25 years.

A coach that took freaking Yale to the 2nd round of the dance with a upset of a 5 seed sucks lol good call buddy. Youre a regular John Wooden.

As Brownell does here, and did so in more than twice the amount of time.
I get you don't like Brownell and want a new coach, but I find it strange you'd think the Yale coach a step up.

lol I'm not the one saying we should hire a coach with a losing record and one NCAAT appearance in 17 years.

By most metrics they are not.
Once again though what does CBB have to do with anything. I would hope we would strive for a replacement better than 2 NCAA T appearances in 25 years

Every four star football player in the country could get a full ride at Yale. Why don't any of them go there? According to you, you don't pass that up.

If he's a Yale caliber athlete, I obviously want him to go to Yale. If he is a big time athlete recruited by schools all over the country, I want him to go somewhere that he can compete for championships and gives him the best chance at going to the next level. That school is not Yale. That logic is pretty easy to comprehend, I'm not sure why this would even be a discussion.

OK, just one more question. If your kid was a 5 star, top 25 overall ayer in the country at whatever sport, you would rather him go to Yale than a nationally relevant power school where he can actually compete at a high level and receive the coaching to further his talent?

N. Alabama Tiger... there are better coaches out there, not saying Dawkins and Jones at Yale are bad coaches but those are a lateral hire IMHO. I would like to have a younger coach with better record in the dance. Just saying. Would love to get Will Wade. I had a few classes with him in 2001 when he was a team manager with Larry Shyatt. Very sharp guy and has had success every place he's been.
