do I pick in my College Pick'em...Venables just gave me very little confidence. Braxton Miller scares me bc I think he's a better COnnor Shaw.....chit.

but if I had to choose one over the other I'd take Meyer...miller can take a hit better than Shaw but I don't think he's faster or a better passer

He's not, but he is more consistent and laser straight in

dependability. He is like the soft spoken high school grad that knows everything about the company plant and how it works. He also is pretty much the only one that knows how to keep it going. He is underpaid and under appreciated except for the plant mgr who dares not to vacation without that guy's oversight.

Spurrier. It seems odd how he gets so close yet just misses, though thoroughly out coaches us and wins convincingly. Something to consider is, coupled with his ego and bitter selfishness, his strategy is quite solid in terms of his security. Why, as seen with the UT situation, would you shoot yourself in the foot by elevating expectations knowing that you've only set off your own countdown timer especially when par performance is all that is expected?

I can't wait to see that kid on the field. Last I actually saw him play was the under armour game and he dominated. He's definitely gonna be a good one.

I new it was better, but 1st in TFLs and 2nd in 3/outs. That's probably why I've felt like we've actually been more of a defensive team this year. Our O can get back on the field because our D is just flat out getting the ball back. Too bad we had two games where our O gave the ball back almost immediately.
