Think Kendrick also plays back at WR a little this year?

DK playing both sides in an interesting prospect. They may not want him to, just because he's so valuable on Defense as our shut-down CB (2nd Preseason Team All ACC per Athlon), but he's a good WR, moving over to Defense in Spring '19 because we were deep at WR and thin at CB.

I would expect both he and the coaches want him focused on db where he is really needed. I could see him getting in some if there were injury or productivity concerns among the wr group though. I just think it would be a long shot unless something changes.

I hope that he isn’t needed. I’m counting on the guys from last year to step up but it’s nice having him available if needed. The defensive backfield is very,very important too,
This is all assuming that we play!

I think its a possibility. What some may be forgetting is how deep our CB room is currently. Total 180 from where it was last year. One more injury at WR and its not out of the realm of possibility. I think DK could get drafted as a DB though, so who knows. Probably wants as much tape at DB as humanly possible.

He'll play WR if the team needs it, but his best development is playing hard at CB and resting while we are on offense.

an early entry to the NFL draft, he will concentrate on his defensive craft. That is where he will make the pro $$$$.

No, too hard to play both ways. You have to worry about fatigue and resulting injuries.
