Clearly it makes no sense for a team to lose and move up in the poles. The only reason Herbie is saying what he’s saying is because a Bama Georgia rematch is the worst situation possible for ESPN. But it doesn’t matter let the cards fall where they may, Dabo will have the boys ready!

I think he is right. I think they are a top 3 best team. If they made it to the playoff I would give them the 2nd best odds of winning it all.

Oklahoma plays in a junk conference. They gave up 40 6 times this year, have the 90th ranked D, and gave up 50 points once. They lost to a team that had 4 losses this year and who lost and played with some weak teams.

UGAy got blown out by the one half decent team they played. They lost by 20 to a team with no offense. At least OU avenged their one loss and won their conference.

Whew! Oklahoma beat the only team they lost too. UGA has TWO losses and that doesn't bother you in the slightest? You actually think a TWO loss NON conference champion from the SEC EAST!!!!! is still better than two other conference champions from the BIG10 and BIG12 who only have ONE LOSS?
Cuz that is what you are selling. Look I like Herbie as much as the next guy, but his logic don't cut it.

I am sober. You think Herbstreit is drunk or stupid too? You just don't know much about sports. Georgia is good. If Georgia and Oklahoma played, Vegas would have Georgia favored. You're confusing deserving and who one thinks is better.

He just sees it different than you. He thinks Georgia is a better team. I agree with him. Gerogia probably is a better team. They would run wild on the Sooners D. Does that mean a 2 loss Georgia should be in? Maybe not...maybe so. It just comes down to that he thinks Georgia is better Their 2 losses may disqualify them though.

AND to top it off WE WON OUR CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP!Georgia has TWO losses and no championship... Not sure why that doesn't compute.
In a shoot out I'm putting my money on Oklahoma and Lincoln Riley THIS YEAR! Kirby has a mess in UGA with how he ran that offense today.

I definitely think they are a top 4 team. I am not saying they should be in the playoff for sure. They are a top 4 team though as far being one of the 4 best teams.

Yeah I am just talking about who really is a top 4 team in that sense. If you had a million on the line and you could pick your 4 teams to represent you, you would take Georgia as one of you 4. They are one of the 4 best.
