along with big stats for Deshaun to compel voters? What if he shows out and we administer an ### kicking? Deshaun has proven what he can do with the game on the line. This is what is wrong with this award. And while I am at it, any coots butthurt over what they perceive as rubbing it in the other night should thank Dabo. He would have been perfectly within his right to leave DW4 out there and let him get 8 TDs, which by the way might have made him the front runner.

Leaving Lamar Jackson in there until mid 4th quarter throwing 50 yd post patterns on every play while you're up 50-0. That's how you win the Heisman, and that is why the best player won't win it.

We would have needed to leave Deshaun in to at least the 4Q with three more TD's and it would have been all over ESPN all day... 'Deshaun demolishes South Carolina with 9 TD's'... That's how you win the Heisman... Hype Marketing. Joe average Heisman Voter is not going to dig into character and winning and quality stats and the fact that we just win instead of run up the score... that's why deshaun won't win it...

He's still the best. Trophies don't matter except for that playoff trophy.

Not BS. This is a single season award, not career.

Lamar started out like gangbusters and DW was throwing picks. Now DW (and Clemson accordingly) is going off and Lamar has the INT bug.

Lamar has come back to the pack and DW has elevated his game.
