Heisman Trophy Bias, is there really any?

Let’s say that the Production numbers stayed the exact same for the following players former and current:

Woody Danzler
CJ Spiller
Deshaun Watson
Travis Etienne
Trevor Lawrence

How many Heisman’s would have been awarded if the stats were the same and they played for one of the following schools?

Alabama
Notre Dame
Southern California
Ohio State

What is your reasoning for your answer?
