As a lifelong resident of Columbia, SC I can tell you Tulum is HOTTER. Place is a walled Mayan city. BEAUTIFUL beach. Otherwise meh ruins. Zero breeze. Hot.

But I also want to tell these people that you will not get ice if the temp is 38 and with a wind chill of 32.
Id use boiling point, but those numbers aren't survivable anyway.
