Lawrence will out perform Tua tonight.

Not sure what these commentators have been watching all year. Tua doesn't perform well against a decent defense. If his first read isn't open, panic starts to set in and he has a tendency to force passes into coverage.

Are you throwing stuff out there and seeing what sticks? Tua has a 70% completion percentage, 41 TDs, and only 4 INTs. Trevor has more pass attempts and 14 less TDs. Tua is for real.

and Mississippi State he threw 4 interceptions. He threw 2 in the SEC Championship game under the exact conditions I described.
Go back and watch the SEC Championship game and listen to what Gary Danielson says after his second one on the goal line. You might learn something.

Jonathan Vilma made a similar point about Tua last night on the Championship Drive show. As he was speaking, I was thinking "you're going to get yourself fired making those comments". I was slightly surprised anyone actually acknowledged a Bama weakness.

I've been saying all year that come playoff time, TL would be playing better than Tua. This will be the proof.

What?
That's pretty much the opposite of what i saw from Tua all year. He will sit in the pocket forever and go through every progression he has if you let him. That can get him in trouble at times, but he's also very good on the move when his ankle is fairly healthy. He's a pretty #### good runner.
He does force some throws looking to make plays, but not because he's panicking.
