Spurrier at our game against the coots
Nov 13, 2015, 9:50 AM
|
|
Just heard Chris Low from ESPN say that the coots were "probably" going to honor Spurrier during the Clemson game and that Spurrier would be at the game if they do that. He was responding to a question about Spurrier saying that he wouldn't attend the Florida game this weekend and talking about conversations he has had with Spurrier since he quit. I fully support them honoring Spurrier at halftime, right after we go into the locker room with a 4-touchdown lead.

Honoring the man who quit on them....

on the university, on the coaches, on the players, on the recruits and on the fans.
You would think paying him the remainder of his $4 million per year salary would be enough but apparently not. They've got to go out and make themselves look like even bigger morons.
Wow...just wow !!!!

If there is a more gullible, ignorant, moronic, sad and pathetic fan base on the planet, I've certainly never encountered them.

He should be made to watch what is going to happen to them

that night. This was his team, his creation, his administration, his recruiting efforts, his offense, his defense, his legacy. He can't blame anyone but himself. He wimped out. For all his accolades over the years, he is just a big baby loser. Good riddance.

Low started out by saying that Spurrier had told him that he was just going to stay out of the way, but then said something like "I do think he will be back for the Clemson game because I think they are going to do something to honor him."

...honoring someone who quit on you? Mid-season? After lying about when he was going to retire?
At least now he can drink whenever and wherever he wants....

They don't have a Frank Howard nor a Danny Ford.

They are still so excited that bozo came to them, they feel the need to honor him. You take a no name coach and give him the same results, there is no banner or nothing.

A lot of coots are going to be p1ssed off if this happens because it will mean they'll have to stay til the beginning of the 3rd qtr.....
Truthfully, though, I hope he is there, to witness the total destruction of what he was too cowardly to stay at the helm of. His ego prohibited him from being at the wheel for what would have been only his second losing season every, and he didn't have the guts to ride it out. He deserves to be a witness to the curb stomping. It will be a perfectly fitting end to the black spot on his coaching career that was his time at USuCk.

"that team from the upstate" prove without a shadow of a doubt what a dumpster fire he left in Columbia. He can stop by on his way to the golf course or whatever, but he should have to watch the #1 Clemson Tigers dismantle the chickens... I'm really starting to get a 2003 feel to this game... I don't think the Tigers take their foot off of the gas..

If they wait until halftime, I doubt that there will be any coot fans to honor him. Freaking hilarious if that happens. Justice will be served.

Heard they were gonna have the banner on the field held by fgf bozos like we do the paw banner as the team runs down the hill. Appropriate .
