one would think that at this point in his collegiate career, it would have dawned on him that Clemson was serious about the academics.

Regardless, no sense in dwelling on it interminably. Both the team and Milton need to regroup and start charging forward again.

When I was a student there, I remember people checking in to make sure the athletes were their attending classes. They'd come around and check-off whether or not the person was in class. Otherwise, it could be he got an Incomplete last semester, and still hasn't completed his work. Whatever it is, it is too late for him to have failed last semester's classes, so he should be back soon if he wants to become serious about academics.

ok, just kidding.
In all seriousness, I hope that he gets it together and is back on the court soon. Obviously, he gets ragged on here because of the McDonald's All-American thing, but I think at this point people need to get over that. He certainly has his struggles with turnovers, but he has had some good moments this year and plays solid defense, along with hitting the boards. He certainly needs to be splitting playing time with guys like Sullivan, McDaniels, and Narcisse...but the level of venom directed toward him is a little over the top.
From a team perspective, we are thin down low so this does not help. If Booker gets in foul trouble, tonight will be a struggle. Sullivan will have to come up big this week by necessity. Bobo needs to keep up the good work. Narcisse and McDaniels will have to play "bigger" than they are. And of course, Booker will need to play like he did against Wake.
