Sounds like Morris is very interested in the job

and Clemson is working to keep him here per another site.
I wish Chad the best, but I don't want to play against him every year! Seems disrespectful to Clemson...but that's coming from a fan living in Raleigh who's not having wads of cash thrown at him

How is that disrespectful. It would be a promotion for Morris to a D-1 Head Coaching job. He is not a lifelong Clemson fan, he is a coach trying to move up in his profession.

I say it in jest. I live and work around lots out Pack fans. Purely selfish on my part.
I have to admit, I wouldn't wish him the best if he took the NCSU job.

Chad interviewing and Tahj saying he is filling out the paper-work to possibly go pro. Wonder if the players know something.

There is no need to panic. If he leaves, we go out and find another good offensive coordinator. If Tajh leaves, get the next guy ready.

Boyd is RS Junior, he's graduated.

He was gonna file his paper work regardless. Boyd will be back, Nuk will not. Chad will take the job if offered. The search firm interview at least Dykes and Morris today, maybe more. Where was the AD ? Probably talking to the Vandy coach.

We have the highest paid assistant coaches in the nation, and regardless of whether Tajh and Nuk declare for the draft, we would still have the talent to have a top ten offense for several more years. Any offensive coordinator in the nation that aspires to be a head coach would jump at that position. Three years, put up amazing numbers, and move on to be a head coach somewhere.
That being said, I like Chad Morris and hope he stays. I think he's been great in his role as qb coach also. Living in Raleigh, I definitely don't want him to go to NCSU.
Go Tigers!
