Guess they have to be down by 20 before they'll even put him in.

Rockets trying to drive his free agent value down so they can get him for cheap.

hurt his value. I also find it hard to believe that the Rockets would trade for him just to let him rot on the bench. I still lean towards him resigning there next year because i just feel like they must have made that trade with a deal in place for him to resign.

I have to agree, it would make no sense to trade for him, then bury him on the bench. I also agree that this is just a ploy to try and drive his value down, if this is the case, it seems that they (Rockets) have a short memory. They have forgotten that he was the only bright light on that disastrous 6er team. I know I'm prejudice when it comes to a super star X Tiger player. But I'm also confident he can play well at a value on a NBA team... IN KJ's situation, its the same O pro sport BS, get them as cheap as possible until they are all used up, and out the door... BC KJ played on a average or less than average college team, and was drafted in 2nd round, he will have to fight to get a contract that he is worth. This is my personal opinion from seeing whats going on with KJ, a player that bulked the system in refusing to sign a under valued rookie contract with the 6ers. KJ bet on himself, and teams hate when Rookies do things like that, bc owners know what they just got, and believe they are getting a player like KJ for a basement price. And KJ says I don't think so, so they unload him....

which SHOULD count as a steal along with a block, but I do not know how they record this. Similar situation to a putback shot counts as a rebound and a score
